Born in California and raised in Idaho, Nina Palmer brings a strong mix of local market knowledge, creative vision, and business growth insight. With roots in real estate and a background in interior design, she understands how to position properties, connect with people, and bring big ideas to life. Gabi Harter
With a background in sales leadership and operations, Gabi Harter brings over 20 years of experience helping teams grow, improve performance, and drive results. After building her career in banking and corporate leadership, she shifted into supporting and scaling small businesses in a more hands-on way. Today, Gabi is leading Growth and Operations for The Palmer Collective, where she helps connect strategy to execution across sales, marketing, customer experience, and day-to-day operations. She is also a small business owner herself, which gives her a direct understanding of what it takes to build, run, and grow a business from the ground up.
